Mr. Thamsanqa Maqubela, Executive Chairman cares about the future of the country and the manner in which leaders and managers are nurtured in both the public and private sector. He also boasts international experience from Australia (1995) and South Korea (2002) where he crafted his leadership acumen. Mr Maqubela currently serves in the Presidential Youth Working Group where he advises President Zuma on how to better groom the youth of South Africa.
Managing Director, Mark Cunningham is a seasoned coach and business leader with over 20 years of consulting, profiles and assessments business mastering. His experience as an International Coaching Association accredited business executive and life skills coach has taken him to provide services in other African countries such as Mozambique, Mauritius and others as well as in Germany and the USA. Mark also serves as a facilitator, speaker and consultant coach in human capital.

Thamsanqa Maqubela is an internationally recognized marketer and scholar and was awarded a Platinum Award as one of South Africa’s top 100 young entrepreneurs in 2011. The Mail & Gardian named Maqubela as one of the top 100 South Africans to shape the nation;s education in 2005.
Mr Maqubela is a graduate of Vall University of Technology; Charles Stuart University; and Korea Development Institute School of Public Policy & Management. He has served higher education for 15 years as HoD International Relations (VUT 1996-2003); CEO, UNITECH (MACE 2003-2006)and Chairman, Qhubela Holdings (2006-2010). He is currently completing a Master of Philosophy: Political Economy degree with the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Mr Maqubela currently serves in the Presidential Youth Working Group where he advises President Zuma on how to better groom the youth of South Africa.
Mark Cunningham is the National Director of Profiles International South Africa. He also represents this leading assessment company in a number of other sub-Saharan countries. He has a wealth of experience in the training, assessment and facilitation industry, in which he has been active over the past 20 years.
He is a popular guest speaker on the subject of team motivation and organisational relationship development. With the growth of the internet, Mark has had the vision to champion the cause of e-learning and its counterpart, blended learning, both of which focus on fostering maximum human potential together with flexibility and economies of scale. In 2011 he was awarded the Thought Leadership Award against international completion at the Profiles International Convention held in Texas.
Mark is a certified Executive, Sales and Life Skills Coach registered with the International Coaching Association, as well as a certified Profiles International Trainer in use of the Profiles PXT Assessments. He’s a founding member of MCA Training International as well as the chief representative of Indaba Global South Africa. As well as having facilitated the South African Leather Forum over a number of years.
Nomasonto Ngcungama the Managing Director of Dibanisa Learning Solutions, worked at a leading African mobile telecommunications company for 7 years before journeying into her own business and founding Dibanisa Learning Solutions in 2009. She has a Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) degree with majors in Economics and Business Management from the University of Durban-Westville (now the University of Kwazulu-Natal) A Post graduate “Finance for Non-Financial Managers” certificate from the Gordon’s Institute of Business Studies (GIBS) – University of Pretoria and various certificates from the skills development industry’s institutions and learning providers.
As of July 2014 Nomasonto will be studying towards a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
Graham Sabela has served on the national KZN services SETA as a board member for the past 10 years, as well as a member of the Black Management Forum. He is on the board of Scribante Labour Consulting. in the forefront of skills and management service, he has served as a representative of the International Labour orginisation in Canada. Specialising in marketing he has been a representative on the BUSA Transformation Committee, while at Nedlac he served on the tactical team for the South African Youth Development Movement.
Neville Kearns is the commercial Director of Profiles International South Africa in partnership with Mark Cunningham in the business of Psychometric Assessments, Surveys, On Line Training, Consulting and coaching. Prior to joining Mark, Neville was the managing director of a group of companies in the timber processing and manufacturing industries within the Steinhof Africa Group. He also held executive posts in the iron and steel manufacturing industry.
Neville’s extensive experience of managing large work forces in a competitive international environment has equipped him with a valuable insight into the mechanics of team dynamics, motivation and support systems. Neville’s previous assignments have necessitated extensive travel to manufacturing and distribution operations as far afield as Poland, Germany, Britain, Ireland, USA, Brazil and Mexico. In each of these countries he studied their methods, what worked for them and what didn’t. Two years in succession the Financial Mail selected his company as among the most promising operations in South Africa.
Neville holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Economics and Business management. He also served over 15 years as a local municipal councillor which experience has given him an insight into the functioning of personnel in the public service. In short he brings a wealth of practical experience to the application of personnel profiling, motivation, team management, training and development.
